I stayed at the Heritage hotel with my wife on the 28th of September. The hotel is located facing to the lake and hotel premises was well maintained. We had a nice walk around lake early morning. The service rendered by the hotel staff was beyond our expectations. We met an amazing roup of staff members who were very supportive friendly and cheerful, We were in Room 109 and it's clean tidy and spacious. Meals were very fresh and tasty. The buffet had a very good spread. Though the restaurant was crowded with guests no issue was created due to the excellent service of the restaurant staff. We observed that Mr.Hemantha, the FMB manager supervised each and every table while providing necessary guidance to his subordinates. I highly appreciate his support and cooperation. There was another amazing factor I witnessed in this hotel. The CEO,Mr.Sumith Wijesinghe personally paid attention to each and everyone in order to confirm everything went on smoothly. I highly appreciate Mr Wijesinghe's friendly service which is a blessing to the hotel. Overall, the Hotel Heritage in Anuradhapura is an excellent hotel. We hope to visit the hotel again due to our amazing experience!
We were warmly welcomed by the staff of the hotel. Stayed one night there. Our room was clean spacious and comfortable. The staff of the restaurant was very supportive and polite. Foods were fresh and delicious!!! Highly appreciate the friendly nature of the CEO, Sumith Wijesinghe and the FMB manager, Hemantha. Their professional support was commendable! Heritage is a relaxing resort near lake Tissa with eco-friendly green environment. For us it was a very attentive stay with friendly and smiling staff. The CEO of the hotel, Mr Sumith Wijesinghe was very friendly and gave us a superb service. We had a great time in the swimming pool it was very cleaned and well maintained. Rooms are clean and cozy. Food was very tasty and there is lot of variety there. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel Anuradhapura. Love this place and we definitely see again.
